Balloon guy
Hey, whenever I go into the city all the people there are talking about the guy with the balloons that gives out prizes. How come I never see him? And how can I find him?

Try waiting out. If you just recently bought the game, it takes about a month of non-time skipping for everything to start come together, like getting into Redd's Market, or having insects, random events, and rare flowers start to spawn in your town, Plus, he is usually at the fountain at noon on weekdays

He appears a random day, but he appears the same day in every game, so if a friend tells you he is in the city you go there and there he is.
You can get from him, balloons in different colors, bunny ballons in different colors, bubbles and a pinwheel.

The guy with the balloons comes once a week ( I think) and he is located at the city. The music will be kind of changed in the city, and he will be standing next to the fountain.

Actually he can be in your city more than once a week because one time I got him two days in a row

He is in the city in between the Marque and the fountain at 12pm. It also has to be a weekday.

About every two weeks, the balloon guy comes to the city, right by the fountain. He is a walrus with a cart that has balloons tied to it. If you want him to give you something, talk to him, then click on the one that says, "Gimme something!" Then he will let you choose what you want, a balloon, a bunny balloon, a pinwheel, or a bubble wand. Good Luck!

He cmes at week days at noon or 9am because I had then both at that time and I hade animal crossing for a long time to I not you get a pin weel bubbles bunny balloon or a balloon but you only gives you 1 balloon or pirize at a time kicks comes out at 9am it's sunny and it's at the city he shines your shoes and thats all I have to say bye !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I have heard that the Balloon Guy will not show up if you time travel. What I want to know is if you can get away with change time on the WiiU, and not get caught by the balloon guy. I've been testing my hypothesis, but luck so far. Has anyone else tried this?
