Afew Questions.

I'm new to City Folk, but have played the previous 2 games for GC and DS.
I've read about Resetti's Surveillence Center and would be greatful if anyone could tell me where it is.
Also, I heard that you can find Wisp the Ghost in the South East corner of your Town on a Monday night, what time is this at, becaue I can't seem to find him!
I'll be greatful if anyone can help, Thanks!

Well resettis survalance center is in the city it's open ate 8~pm random days (well nobody nows yet if there is a pattern or what)you get off the bus and head strait right past the cones (note:if it's open the cones will be on the same side and a light will be cast across the floor)

And about whisp IDK I don't like ghosts I recomend not talking to him

Yea, Whisp is found at the South-East corner of your map around 9 PM, and he will ask you to find his Lamp (The Genie Lamp). It is always in a different spot. Once you have found it, go back to the corner of the map, and talk to the Whisp (he is invisible until your 3 meters away from him Though, if it's your first time meeting him that night, he will whisper to you if you get within 15 meters of him, and then you know he is close by.

Like they said but to get into Resetti's Surveillence Center you also need to reset or go to the wii menu without saving that day.PS. Why is he Named ressetti when he don't want you to reset?
