Is it the same when you transfer Animal Crossing: Wild World on DS to Animal Crossing: City Folk on Wii? Like when you transfer it will there still be the City and the bus stop and the other things that are not on the DS.

Yes everything is the same as before. But you can't send a character back to the DS.(if you could that would be awsome!)
After you migrate a character from Wild World to City Folk the character will still be in Wild World. Dark Angel member Lt Verwolf out. Happy gaming.
All that transfers is your character. So everything in your town will be the same.
And remember when transfereing you can't bring any items or bells (if you do they will be gone) but your catalogue tranfers with you.
