I know this question has been asked, but I need someone to help please! I use the scoop, you get the gear mechanism on the cursor and then a close up still view of the flour sack. I try scooping, shaking, and more shaking and absolutely nothing happens! I look like a crazy woman shaking the remote my poor wrist is sore. I can't believe just scooping out flour could be so ridiculously hard and I can't do anything else without the batteries...can someone explain step by step to me what I am doing wrong???? Please!!!
