Beat him in Normal mode (island 1).
Unlock Mihawk:
Beat him in Normal mode (island 2).
Unlock Pauly (optional boss):
Beat him in Normal mode (island 2).
Unlock Human Lucci (optional boss):
Beat him in Normal mode (island 2).
Unlock Shanks:
Beat him in Normal mode (island 2).
Unlock Smoker:
Beat him in Normal mode (island 2).
Unlock Kaku:
Beat him in Normal mode (island 3).
Unlock Leopard Lucci:
Beat him in Normal mode (island 3).
Unlock Edward Newgate (optional boss):
