The following features can be enabled in the game when the indicated task has been completed.

Unlock Difficulty 4:
Beat Time Attack mode with anyone.

Unlock Attack Power 4:
Get 30 or more points and beat Survival mode with anyone.

Unlock Mission 13.5:
Beat Mission mode once.

Unlock Mission 20:
Using Rock Lee and Neji Hyuga beat Single-Player.

Unlock Mission 21:
Beat mission 20.

Unlock Mission 22:
Beat mission 21 (one of the steps for Inachi).

Unlock Mission 23 (Final mission):
Beat mission 22.

This level becomes unlocked when you have the highest score in the game which means winning at least 30 straight times in Survival mode.

Unlock Mini-Games
When you Play the Mini-Game mode the following games can be unlocked.

Unlock Shadow Clones Mini-Game:
Play Shuriken Training.

Unlock Rasengan Mini-Game:
Play Shadow Clones.

Unlock Characters
When you have completed Mission mode at least once the following characters can be unlocked by doing the corresponding tasks during gameplay. To unlock ALL the characters in the game every mission must be completed.

Unlock Deidara:
Complete Story mode.

Unlock Guy:
Complete Mission 13.5

Unlock Kankuro:
Complete Mission mode once

Unlock Shino Aburame:
Using Kankuro beat Arcade mode.

Unlock Ino Yamanaka:
Using Sakura beat Single-Player mode.

Unlock Hinata Hyuuga:
Using Neji beat Single-Player mode.

Unlock Garra:
Using Jiraiya beat Single-Player mode.

Unlock Tsunade Beat:
Using Jiraiya beat Single-Player mode.

Unlock Itachi Uchiha:
Get a high enough score in Single Player mode.

Unlock Kisame Hoshigaki:
Get a high enough score in Single Player mode.

Unlock Mission 20:
Using Rock Lee and Neiji Hyuga beat Single-Player mode.

Unlock Tenten:
Complete Mission 20

Unlock Mission 21:
Using Naruto Uzumaki beat Single-Player mode.

Unlock Mission 22:
Using Sasuke Uchiha beat Single-Player mode.

Unlock Mission 23:
Using Kakashi beat Single-Player mode.

Unlock Temari:
Beat Shikamaru's Single-Player mode

Unlock Difficulty 4:
Using any Character beat Time Attack mode once.


Unlock Survival Mode:
This mode becomes unlocked when Single-Player mode has been completed.

Unlock Character Voice Audio:
When you beat Time Attack mode the character that you used Voice Audio will become unlocked.
