To unlock anbu kakashi you first have to unlock bando to unlock bando unlock and buy every single character and all the stuff in the shop accept for bando and anbu kakashi then get 70'000 and you will be able to buy bando for 35'000 then to buy anbu kakashi you have to get 20% in every single characters mission list and 40% of kakashi's mission list and then fight might guy in rival battle the harder one and get head ninja or hokage then face him again this time you will have to face anbu kakashi get a chunin or higher and then you will be able to buy anbu kakashi for 100'000
