Bando and anbu kakshi are different though

Bando:

Get 70,000-75,000 ryo after you buy every thing else but anbu kakshi

Anbu kakashi:

Get 20 mission completion for every one then 40 on kakshi and beat his S rank

Once or twice then one more time and it will be anbu kakashi beat him and he will be unlocked in the shop for 100,000 ryo

(you may have to buy all items in that group incuding non-people items to unlock the next group)
