Complete the quest 'Jungle Menace' to unlock Trial mode and then complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding trails.
Unlock Kut Ku's Trials.
Complete 'Jungle Menace'.
Unlock Cephadrome's Trials:
Complete 'The Land Shark'.
Unlock Gypceros' Trials:
Complete 'Slay The Gypceros!'.
Unlock Basarios' Trials:
Complete 'Basarios: Unseen Paril'.
Unlock Rathalos' Trials:
Complete 'Attack Of The Rathalos!'.
Unlock Gravios' Trials:
Complete 'Terror of the Gravios!'.
Unlock Khezu's Trials:
Complete 'The Shadow In The Cave'.
Unlock Monoblos' Trials:
Complete 'Horn of the Monoblos'.
Unlock Plesioth's Trials:
Complete 'Water Wyvern in the Desert'.
Unlock Rathian's Trials:
Complete either 'Queen Of The Desert' or 'Slay The Rathian!'.
