In Dream gliding,in one of the sides of the area,You will See SANTA with his raindeer!!!!!You must get a note from him in the game to see him waving at you.Talk about christmas in winter games.TEEHEE! Have a nice time.
Be Yoshi then after you do the starting dash do the special button [a] while in midjump then get it again and don't use it wait until you get to the 3-way part go on the middle path don't grind on the first ramp jump perfectly and then use the A button in midjump and you will skip the 2nd Ramp! Thats a good thing to skip it because it will slow you down.

Cream (Short Track): At the start area, there are a few TVs showing the action. Cream is flying infront of the right one.
Penguin (Ski Cross): After the cannon shoots you, you will pass over some buildings. Penguin is on top of one of the chimneys.
Chaos(Alpine): Sorry, but I'm not so sure about this one. Near the ending, we pushed minus, and got him somehow. I think he might be on top of the finishing arch, or the one before it.
Birdo(Ski Jumping): Toward the middle of your jump, there's a pill-shaped thing with glass surrounding it. Birdo is at the top, in the dome.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I WON'T POST EASY TO FIND ONES, OR REALLY HARD-TO-EXPAIL ONES.
Chaos: One of the first letters/VIPs, he's in the tree on the right of the start ramp in Dream ski jumping.
Big: In the Temple area near the boosters, there are two small platforms to each side of a tunnel. Big is on the left one.
Birdo: Near the cannon, there's a stone fence to the left. Birdo's jumping on top of it.
Cream(Dream Ski Cross, not hockey): Infront of the two warp pipes, not behind the start point, is a fence. Cream is on one of the picketts.
