Unlock Alternate Characters

The following characters become available when you complete the corresponding tasks. You do not have to win games for the tasks that require a certain number of games to be played. Tasks that require hidden routes must be found in the tournament map and the character defeated in a mission in order to unlock them. Tasks through the Star Road, you must complete the Star Road which is inside the Star Cup hidden routes and then the Final Fantasy team and the Behemoth must be defeated.

Black Mage (Magic Red)

* Play 20 games with Black Mage in your team.

* Defeat him in Flower Cup hidden routes.

* Complete Star Road six times.

Daisy (Tennis-Wear)

* Play 40 games with Daisy in your team.

* Defeat her in Flower Cup hidden routes (in upper-right most corner).

Ninja (Shadow White)

* Play 20 games with Ninja in your team.

* Defeat him in Flower Cup hidden routes.

* Complete Star Road four times.

Peach (Tennis-Wear)

* Play 40 games with Peach in your team.

* Defeat her in Mushroom Cup hidden routes (in upper-right most corner).

Slime (She-Slime)

* Play 20 games with Slime in your team.

* Defeat him in Star Cup hidden routes.

Slime (Metal Slime)

* Play 40 games with Slime in your team.

* Defeat him in Star Cup hidden routes.

Toad (Blue)

* Play 15 games with Toad in your team.

* Defeat him in Mushroom Cup hidden routes.

Toad (Yellow)

* Play 20 games with Toad in your team.

* Defeat him in Mushroom Cup hidden routes.

Toad (Green)

* Play 25 games with Toad in your team.

* Defeat him in Mushroom Cup hidden routes.

White Mage (Pure White)

* Play 20 games with White Mage in your team.

* Defeat her in Flower Cup hidden routes.

* Complete Star Road 5 times.

Yoshi (Blue)

* Play 15 games with Yoshi in your team.

* Defeat him in Flower Cup hidden routes.

Yoshi (Yellow)

* Play 20 games with Yoshi in your team.

* Defeat him in Flower Cup hidden routes.

Yoshi (Pink)

* Play 25 games with Yoshi in your team.

* Defeat him in Flower Cup hidden routes.
