Best Characters to Use

If you look at the bottom of the screen, you will see the Olympic Record and the charcter who did it(for most sports). He or she will most likely be the best character to use in that event.

Shadow Sonic and Yoshi help me in 100 m and other events similar to that .Vector Bowser and Donkey Kong help me in discus and Javelin throw. Girls are good in Swimming and Gymnastics although I've made a record with Bowser on both.On dream events I like to be all rounders because they are good at everything on Dream Spacewalk I would recommend Shadow.

For the guy who says Bowser Jr. sucks at the Long Jump, I kind of agree with you. I set a record in it with Waluigi.

For 100m you should use Shadow or Sonic because they both have high speed and acceleration. I really enjoy Shadow because his speed is super close to Sonic, his acceleration is better (which is very important)than all but Yoshi and is still very close to the best. Not to mention his special move dash is unrivaled. My best with him is 8.470. I don't come close with anyone else.

It's all about the event. For instance, in the 100m choose a hedgehog because rumor has it they are the fastest thing alive, surely fast than others.
or, choose tails, eggman, vector, or donkey kong becuase they have more stamina which means they run for a longer time. And for gymnastics and swimming, i suggest you pick a girl. I love all sonic characters, and i know all there strenghts and weaknesses. ;0

for me it is sonic for athletics because if you see when you hover over his name it says his speed and everything and his speed is good. That's what I recommend because I always come first when I play with him for the 100m run!
