Unlock Invulnerability:

Unlock ALL Multiplayer Characters:
Press Left, Down, Left, Right Down.
Unlock Dragon Warrior Outfit in Multiplayer Mode:
Press Left, Down, Right, Left, Up.
Unlock Big Head Mode in Story Mode:
Press Down, Up, Left, Right, Right.
