When you are really cranking you plane around, sometimes your plane ends up completely vertical. If suddenly you need to turn your plane in the opposite direction, instead of TURNING, fly DOWN as you are flying vertically. Your plane can turn more quickly up and down than left and right, thus giving you a quick turn in direction.

Only use your normal formation if your just starting your mission, having your squadron clustered up isint a good way to avoid AA guns and enemy fighters.
