Foreign fruit

Most people say the only way to get different fruit than your fruit is to visit another town...THEY'RE WRONG!!!there is an easier way.5 easy steps.Step 1:buy as many letters(from tom nook) as the people in your town.Step 2:Get as much fruit(in your town)as the letters you bought.Step 3 write a letter for each person with the word "fruit" in it Ex:I like fruit.do you?Step 4 attach the fruit to each letter(as a present).step 5 send the letters with the fruit attached at town hall.Check your mailbox often for a bunch of letters with presents some will be shirts and some will be...FOREIGN FRUITS!!!YAAAYY! 1 p.s. It might take a couple days for them to respond because there need to be no other letters from different animals.

I sended out leters to every one in my town,and in 5 or 6 days,only two sent leters back,and no fruit.:(

I have no inter net on the game.

I once got a letter with a fruit in it.But I got a cocanut, and i all ready have those.Someone help me get fruit,anyone?

It does seem that receiving fruit is very very random, just one out of potentally hundreds of alternate return gift choices.
The only recourse is to keep sending out letters with a nice one line message [no grammar or spelling errors] until the game finally RANDOMLY sends back fruit.

my version of getting fruit is:
1st: buy paper from tom nook
2nd: collect cheap sea shells from the beach
3rd: write the letters to the people in your town saying 'plz send fruit'
4th: attach the sea shells to the letters
5th: send the letters and wait for a couple of days.
6th: when the towns people send you a letter back, they will all have a present attached to them. half of them will have furniture & clothes and the other half will have fruit ^_^ atleast this works for me

Actually I sent letters out every three days to every one in my town with the words please send fruit and out if ten I got 2 to 3 fruits I sent have sea shells were attached to the letters nothing else worked for me
