Unlockables

If you want full health or want to unlock the All-Star team then pause gameplay and enter these codes.

Full Health:

Hold L + R and press Triangle, Down, X, Up.

All-Stars Team:

At the 'Challenges' menu press: X, X, O, X.

Unlockables

Unlock Challenge One:

When you have completed ALL 3 tutorials Challenge one will become unlocked.

Get Full Health:

During gameplay hold R and L and press Triangle, Down, X, Up.

Ok go to options then go to edit schemes then ma..

Ok go to options then go to edit schemes then make a name then go to somethin else and it lets you edit the number of weapons you have.

Restore Health

Pause game play and hold down Left and Right shoulder buttons and enter Triangle, Down, X, Up.

The cheat for full health doesn't work for me. How come? Does it not work for anyone else, either?

Idk. If it is a type in code, check it over. If it is a cheat device you're using, check. Thats all I can say. Just check over what you have been using.
