At the menu screen where a Spice Girl walks across a planet hold 'Start' and press Circle, Triangle, Triangle, Circle (the code will be displayed to confirm correct entry). Now press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Select + Start to reset the game and have the alternate title screen.
Hold Start at the Globe menu and press Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle.
If you want your spice girl to wear different clothing you press start,up,up,triangle,down,circle,and select.
If you want your spice girl to have a different hairstyle you press start,x,x,x,o,triangle,square,and then start again.
If you aren't happy with their hair or clothes just enter the cheat again.
