When you have completed Story mode the game will reset itself with a new 'Title' screen which will now feature Geo and Omega-Xis. Shidou will now say 'Shooting Star Rockman 3' instead of 'Ryuusei no Rockman 3'.
To be able to collect the silver stars you will need the help of a cheat device or wireless transmission.
Unlock Mu Star:
Defeat Burai ZZ.
Unlock AA/GJ Star:
Defeat Acid Ace BB or Grave Joker RR.
Unlock Sigma Star:
Defeat Sirius Sigma, Moon Disaster Sigma and Apollo Flame Sigma.
The following golden stars will appear at the 'Title' screen when you have completed the corresponding task. When you have collected ALL 5 golden stars you will then be able to challenge Crimson Dragon SP.
Unlock Black Ace Star:
Beat the game for the first time.
Unlock G Comp Star:
Collect ALL the Giga cards.
Unlock M Comp Star:
Collect ALL the Mega cards.
Unlock S Comp Star:
Collect ALL the Standard cards.
Unlock SS Star:
Beat Sirius.
