If you set the system date to December or January you will be able to hear Christmas music at the 'Mode' selection menu.
Mini-Games
These become unlocked by playing trips. To unlock ALL the mini-games you must play each trip two times. When you have played ALL the trips once the last trip will become unlocked which you will also need to play twice. A Nunchuk is required for some trips to unlock their mini-games.
Shooting Games:
Play ALL trips to unlock ALL shooting games. Each trip will unlock a shooting game.
Jukebox Songs:
Play a song game to unlock it's song in the jukebox.
Bonus Song:
