When you beat the game on Acolyte or Warrior mode the Mentor difficulty setting will become an available option.
Unlock Music Test
This feature becomes an available in the 'Options' menu when you have beaten the game once on any difficulty setting.
Unlock Master Ninja Mode
This feature becomes an available option when you have beaten the game on Mentor mode.
Unlock Extra Costumes
Complete the following requirements to unlock the corresponding bonus costume.
Unlock Ayane's Dynasty Warriors (Son Shokou) Costume:
Complete 20 Team Missions.
Unlock Ayane's Sigma 1 (Hooded) Costume:
Complete the game under the Acolyte or Warrior difficulty.
Unlock Momiji's Dragon Sword (Training) Costume:
Complete the game under the Acolyte or Warrior difficulty.
Unlock Momiji's Dynasty Warriors (Sanzo Houshi) Costume:
Earn the 'Master Ninja' rank on 30 Chapter Challenges.
Unlock Rachel's Assassin Rachel (Short Hair) Costume:
Complete the game under the Acolyte or Warrior difficulty.
Unlock Rachel's Cutie Rachel (Long Hair) Costume:
Complete the game under the Acolyte or Warrior difficulty.

Earn the 'Master Ninja' rank on 10 Chapter Challenges.

Complete the game under the Mentor difficulty.
Unlock Chapter Challenge Mode
When you have beaten the game on any difficulty setting this feature where you can go back to your favorite chapter and replay to compete with fellow ninjas around the world for the highest Karma score will become an available option.
Unlock Team Mission Mode
This feature becomes an available option when you complete the first mission on Story mode on any difficulty setting.
Golden Health Bar
To get a golden health bar you must first complete the game on the Master Ninja difficulty setting.
