Here are the Codebreaker codes and cheats for Metal Slug Advance:

Infinite Health: 32004948 0032

Infinite Ammo: 82000072 FFFF

Infinite Bomb: 3200006F 0063

Have Fire Bomb: 3200006E 0002

Invincible: 32000028 0001

Infinite Slug Cannon: 33004756 0063

In Mission 5 there is an alternate route you can take to the enemy docks. This is by jumping into the plane slug and immediately the level starts pressing L to crash it so you get ejected from the plane and you land by parachute down into the docks.

Clear the following missions to get the corresponding Mission card. You have unlimited lives to do it.

Unlock M1 Clear Card:

Complete mission 1

Unlock M2 Clear Card:

Complete mission 2

Unlock M3 Clear Card:

Complete mission 3

Unlock M4 Clear Card:

Complete mission 4

Unlock M5 Clear Card:

Unlock Soldier Cards

Kill the following amount of soldiers to unlock the corresponding Soldier card.

Unlock Soldier D card:

Kill 999 ..

To get a golden 'Complete' sign over a mission on the 'Map' screen you must rescue every prisoner and collect every available item (the X-Ray scan card is useful for this).

When you have collected ALL 99 cards in the game you will get the final 100th 'All Cards' card.

In Mission 5 find and collect the dungeon card and then complete the mission. If you now go to the 'Select' screen there will now be an extra mission called 'Dungeon' to the top left.

If you activated one of these, make sure you only have a pistol. Also, make sure you don't pick up other weapons, because you can't fire if you do that (except for Flame Shot).

It's just simple, just collect all your supporting cards.

After that, beat the bosses in the second time, just beat them quickly because when you beat them in a long period of time, you can't get the card.

First activate the card which when they shot you at once you'll dead( I forgot that thing). Finish the level you want (ex. Level 1) except the dungeon mission And then you got the decoration card.
