Successfully complete Dragon Universe mode with Vegeta. Collect all of the Dragon Balls. At the end. Shenron will appear. Wish for "Breakthrough (Vegeta)". You will have all of his skills, including SS4 Vegeta. He will have a new attack instead of "Galick Gun".

After you come back to the Buu Saga to fight Super Buu, do not go to the red dot. Fly to the snowy mountains. Then, talk to the Supreme Kai. Next, fight Super Buu twice. Goku should then say "I'm going to fight Buu". Go to the red dot and fight Broly. After that, go to the next red dot. Fight Goku Super Sayaian 4. After that, he should say "I lost fairly". You will then get the SS4 for Vegeta.

In story mode, unlock Vegeta's breakthroughs and equip it to him. Charge to maximum energy and transform. You will now be SS4.

After you get all seven dragonballs beat all of dragon universe and skip the credits and shenron will appear

You must defeat kid buu with Goku in Dragon Universe. However, the kicker is that you have to defeat him with the super spirit bomb. Make sure you kill him while winning the "button power up" session: where the defense and attack build up your meter to determine who wins the showdown. You'll know you've won if Goku transforms into a super saiyan towards the end of the attack.
Note: Buu MUST die as a result of the attack

You must have "Potara" or "Fusion" unlocked for either Goku OR Vegeta, in order to become Vegito or Gogeta.Edit your skill list for Vegeta or Goku to include either or. Depending on which form you choose, fusion, or potara, you will need to win in the showdown part of the transformation. Meaning, you press x,y,a,b and your opponent does as well. If your buttons match, the opponent wins, steals your ring, and crushes it. No More Potara for the fight. With the Fusion transformation, you will need to press a sequence of buttons indicated at the bottom of the screen. You will successfully fuse upon completing the sequence.
