Dance Dance Revolution 2nd Mix Cheats and Tips

Unlock Cheat Menu:

Press and hold both Select buttons for 1 and 2-Player and press 'Start' to load the 'Cheat' menu.

Dance Pad Unlockables

Step on the corresponding arrows at the 'Song Selection' screen to unlock the following modes in the game.

Unlock ALL Songs:

Highlight 'Hard' difficulty and press Player 2 'Select'(x4).

Unlock Left Mode:

Press Left(x8).

Unlock Right Mode:

Press Right(x8).

Unlock Hidden Arrows:

Press Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down.

Unlock Little Difficulty:

Press Left, Down, Right, Down, Left, Down, Right, Down, Up.

Unlock Maniac Difficulty:

Press Down(x3), Right, Up(x2), Left or Down(x2), Left(x3), Right(x3), Left, Right.

Disable Maniac Difficulty:

Press Up(x8)

Unlock Another Mode:

Press Down(x3), Left(x2), Right(x2).

Unlock Shuffle Mode:

Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Down, Up, Right, Left.

Cancel ALL Modes:

Press Up(x4).

Play as Alternate Character

Enter the following codes at the 'Title' screen to play as the corresponding character.

Play as Afro:

Press Right and Start (Player 1 Side).

Play as Robot:

Press Left and Start (Player 1 Side).

Play as Frog Girl:

Press Left and Start (Player 2 Side).

Play as Lady:

Press Right and Start (Player 2 Side).

Unlock Couple, Double and Versus Mode:

Press the Triangular Left, Triangular Right and Rectangular Green buttons at the 'Title' screen on the arcade machine to be able to select Couple, Double and Versus modes.
