Head to the marked location. Before you can open the warehouse you have to find the switch console. Trace it to the roof of the adjacent building and find the ladder that you can climb on to the left. From there, blow up the fence using an IED or any explosive to reach the switch console. Unlock it and go back to the garage to scan the crate there.
Head to this garage behind a coffee shop. To open the garage door, you have to trace the signal that will lead you to the switch console on the rooftop of the nearby building. To unlock it remotely, you have to find a high-rise camera across the street and hack the switch console from there.
