Head to the marked location. To open the warehouse, you need to trace the switch console. It is located on the roof of the building in front of the warehouse. Look up to find a security camera above the warehouse. Hack it so you can see the console.
Open the warehouse door and pick up the IEDs. Don't forget to scan the code in the crate to count this towards your progress. Don't forget to examine the nearby audio log as well. Activating the talking moose is optional.

You have to hack the camera in the corner of the building before reaching the warehouse.
#3: The garage is located in the underground roadway. Find the door and trace the line until you find the switch console nearby. Unlock it to access the garage. You can get three Proximity IED from the crate and don’t forget to scan the nearby audio log.
