ctOS Breach

This activity will require you to hack the marked ctOS box on the map. After Hacking it, more boxes will be tagged in your mini-map in the immediate area. You have to find and hack all of them before the time runs out. Take note that you can hack them remotely by using nearby cameras. Some cameras will be out of your reach unless you climb on a ledge or use a lift. Completing each task will uncover an audio signal which will count towards your Audio Logs collection.

Parker Square

1: This is found in a park shed in northern Parker Square. After Hacking the first one, four more ctOS boxes will be marked in the map. You have to reach and hack all of them before the time runs out. It will be better to attempt this with a vehicle handy since you'll be able to move faster and you don't need to get out of the vehicle to hack the box. Just get near enough so you can remotely hack it.

Park Square ctOS Breach Part 1

2: This is found on the railway to the west of Parker Square, near your hideout. After Hacking the first box, the nearest two boxes are behind the building. One needs to be accessed by climbing over some platforms, one is hidden in the corner. The other three are found on the buildings along the street. Use the cameras to find and hack them. The last one is tricky; you have to use the camera from across the street to view the ctOS box on top of the building.

Park Square ctOS Breach Part 2

3: The first box is located on top of the building where the marker is placed. You have to climb the roof of the shop next to it so you can see the box and hack it. After Hacking it, the next box should be nearby while the others are in the marina. The third box on top of the shop is blocked by a gas tank. Shoot the tank with your gun to reveal it. The fourth box is easily hacked by using the camera beside it. Finally, the last box is located in the viewing platform in the marina. You have to vault over the railing to find it.

Park Square ctOS Breach Part 3

4: The box is located on the roof of a garage southwest of your motel hideout. To see it, you have to park a vehicle beside the container van beside the garage so you can climb on top of it and hack the first box. The other four boxes are located in the houses nearby. Two of them are found in ground level, hidden behind some wooden planks. You have to shoot the planks to get them out of the way so you can hack the boxes. The other two boxes can only be hacked via cameras. Find the nearest cameras and switch controls until you get the right angles to see the boxes.

The Loop

5: After Hacking the first box, you have to turn around and find the second ctOS box way above the building there. Use the cameras to reach it. Next, get a vehicle and drive to the nearest building where the next ctOS box is found. Use the cameras to find it. The fourth ctOS box is located under the bridge. You can access it via foot. The last one is under the bridge. Go to the nearby docks and ride a boat. Once you’re in dry land, look up to find the last ctOS box and hack it to get an encrypted audio file.

6: After Hacking the first box, you can find one ctOS box inside a parking garage across the street and one on the roof of a garage in the alley beside it. The next one is located conveniently along the sidewalk while the last one requires you to use a nearby camera to see and hack it.

7: The first box is hidden behind the trash bin. The next one is located in the stairs in a structure nearby while the next one is beside a newspaper stand. The third box is located under the walkway and finally the last box is located in the rocky outcrop in the bay.

Brandon Docks

8: This ctOS box is located inside a fenced perimeter on the upper floors of a building. There isn’t seem to be any nearby camera that can find it remotely so you have to drive a large truck, place it near the ledge to the east of the ctOS Breach map marker and climb the ledge to reach it.

The nearest box is located on the rooftop of the next building. Blow up the obstacle then hack it. The third one is located at ground level, between some construction materials. Just lift the forklift to reveal it and hack it remotely. The fourth one is located on top of a large rack beside the building. Blow up the wooden pallets, preferably while using a grenade launcher then hack the nearby camera to see the box. Finally, the last box is located under the bridge across the river. Just swim there until you get close enough to hack it remotely.

9: To find the first box, you have to climb the Rhodes train station and walk along the tracks until you’re in range to hack the ctOS box remotely. One of the nearby boxes can be hacked remotely by taking the west stairs of the Rhodes train station. The other box can be reached by riding a lift.

For the other two boxes, they’re located in the next factory compound. Take the catwalk between the two box markers in the map and look up to find one of the boxes above. For the last box, you have to take a high-rise lift nearby then climb to the pipe. Carefully walk on it until you get in range to the last box that you can hack remotely.

10: The first box is located way above the electric tower. Once the mission starts, head to the left and find the nearby lift there. Ride it to the roof and head towards the nearest ctOS Box. You should be able to hack it remotely. From there, don’t go to the next box yet. Cross the street to the east of that building to find another lift. Ride it and look up to find the high-rise camera installed. From there, you can use it to hack the other rooftop ctOS box.

Head to the fourth ctOS box and find a camera either beside it or across the street to hack it. Finally for the last ctOS box, head to the construction yard to the west of the last box and find the camera installed under the catwalk. Look above to the left to find and hack the ctOS box.

11: Head to marked location and find the first ctOS box behind the small room near the river. All of the boxes are located in the same area. The other three boxes can be easily accessed by switching controls on different cameras. The highest ctOS box can be reached by riding the construction lift nearby. You need to look at it and move around until you get into proper range and alignment to hack it.

12: To hack the first box, find the construction lift nearby then ride it up. Head to the nearest box and lower the nearby crane. Climb the container vans to reach the crane then lift it up again to get the ctOS box in range. Lower the crane and climb back down. Head to the next two boxes and use the cameras near them to view and hack them remotely. The last box is located inside a container van so you have to climb up and go around the middle of the container vans to locate the one that contains the ctOS box.

The Wards

13: To reach the first ctOS box, you have to see it using the camera installed on a house to the northwest. Once the position of the four boxes are revealed, go to the nearest one and look for the camera installed in the corner of the building across it. Hack that camera so you can see and switch controls to the next camera beside the box.

Next, head to the eastern box. The camera is installed in the corner of the building nearby with the construction lift beside it. Head to the last two boxes next. The box on the rooftop can be seen by another corner camera, the one installed in the apartment building beside where the box is located. The last box can be hacked using the street camera across it.

Mad Mile

14: The first box is located on the rooftop of the middle-south apartment building. You can reach the rooftop by climbing on any of the planters near the balconies with ladders. Once you've hacked the first box, the other four boxes can be found on the other rooftop levels as well. The three can be hacked immediately without issues; there's only one box that's inside a ctOS protected gate. The switch console is found on the ground level; you can hack it remotely by using one of the cameras nearby.

15: Head to the marked location and find the first box in the middle of the fire escape stairs at the back of the building. After starting the mission, head to the nearest box and unlock it remotely by Hacking the camera from the building across the street. The second box is located in ground level, in the small alcove between the two buildings. Continue to the third box where you have to ride a construction lift and go around / destroy the fence surrounding it. Finally, the last box is located behind the building. You can hack it remotely by using the camera installed on the wall of the building you're in.

16: The reach the first box, you have to use the construction lift to reach the rooftop of the building where it is located. After Hacking the first box, find a vehicle and head to the nearest box located in the upper balcony of a tower. You can hack it remotely using the nearby camera. The next box is located in the ground level, as you enter a short alley. The next box is found inside a showroom and finally, the last box must be viewed by the camera underneath it to be hacked remotely.
