This is quite a simple task to complete, Head to the marked location then deploy your quadcopter to find the highlighted NSA agent. If you don't have the quadcopter yet and you have to get near the target yourself, you can find the stairwell southeast of the building where the NSA agent is located. Hack the phone remotely then wait for Josh to mark the second target in your map.

The next target is located in the rooftop of a mall in Pacific Renaissance Plaza. Like before, you can use your quadcopter to fly to the target to conveniently remotely hack the phone from a distance. Otherwise, you have to find the stairs leading to the agent's location.

Countermeasures

Head to the safehouse. This is a large restricted compound and the ctOS junction box is located on the rooftop. You can’t hack it yet without successfully hacking the connected router first. Power up the router then work your way around the nodes to fully hack the network. Once done, remotely control the scissor lift nearby and move it to a good position near the junction box then send your jumper to ride on it. Raise the lift to reach the rooftop and hack the junction box. When you have the view inside, keep transferring from one camera to the other until you have a full view of the control panel. Hack it to complete the objective.

Focal Point

You have to go to RedBeard’s residence and hack into his private network. His house has one security guard and a couple of robots. If you have the necessary hack, you can neutralize the lone guard and shut down these robots so you can destroy them. The junction box needs to be physically hacked so you can either send your jumper for a covert hack or just clear the lightly guarded area so you can do it yourself. After getting in the home system, transfer to the lower camera and turn left to get the access key. Once done, hack the servers and the console on both ends of the room to complete the mission.
