You now have to target the Tezca’s cocaine shipment in the Port of Oakland. Go there and meet up with the DedSec scout to start the mission. You have to destroy four crates of cocaine. Like before, deploying your quadcopter and letting it do the scouting and infiltrating will make the mission a lot easier. If you’re planning to send the police through the Social Engineering > APB skill to help deal with the Tezcas, make sure that you’re away from the gunfight and you’re hiding behind cover. Also, the crates have explosive containers near them so you can use those explosions to destroy the crates and damage nearby enemies at the same time.

If you want to deal with the targets personally, you should consider taking out the sniper in the upper ledge first. There are a lot of cover here so placing traps on chokepoints and stairs will prevent enemies from ganging up on you. It is recommended to use silent weapons if you’re planning to kill them by stealth and have a high-powered assault weapon or shotgun in case you’re detected. It will be easier to move around near the bridge of the ship since there are crates that you can reach from there immediately then move along the walkway oin the side of the ship to reach the third crate and finally the fourth crate inside near the stern of the ship. After destroying all shipments, leave the mission area to complete the mission.
