Head to the marked location in Elmhurst and meet up with the DedSec scout to start the mission. Like before, this mission can be easily completed with the use of your quadcopter’s explosive drop, if you have unlocked that skill. Make sure to stay at the edge of the restricted area to avoid getting detected or shot at. There are other methods to accomplish this; you can do it hands-on but with the higher risk of getting shot at or you can wait for your targets to converge in the location then rig the lethal proximity objects around the vicinity to whittle down their numbers and/or take out the targets themselves.

Travino is already in the site and the others will be arriving by car. It will be easier to kill the other two targets while they’re still inside or when they’ve just alighted from their vehicles. Deploy your quadcopter outside the restricted area and wait for one of the targets, Guttierez to arrive. He’ll be parking on the street to the southwest.

After making some noise, Travino will most likely investigate it. Drop an explosive preferably near the pickup truck when he’s near to trigger a massive chain explosion that should be able to take him out in one blow. Otherwise, drop an explosive on him directly or use the other lethal explosive objects in the vicinity.

Finally, Huerta will be arriving via the dry canal from the eastern side of the restricted area. She will make her stop right under the bridge so placing explosives on this spot will allow you to ambush her. After getting rid of the three targets, leave the mission area to complete the mission.
