To start this mission, you have to talk to one of the three female DedSec members to get this mission started. Here are their general locations:

• House, west San Mateo, Silicon Valley
• Bus Stop in southwest Palo Alto, Silicon Valley
• Plaza, northeast Palo Alto, Silicon Valley

After talking to her, you’ll get the operation details in your DedSec app. You have to test the exploit on ctOS ATMs marked in the map by manually hacking the marked ctOS junction boxes. The ctOS junction boxes need physical hacking so you have to find a way to reach them yourself or use the jumper.

Wait for the customer to walk in and withdraw then examine the keypad. The keypad on the left side of the screen will give money to the customer and the one to the right side of your screen takes it away or messes up with them. It’s up to you whether you feel like giving the customer some money or taking some away. This is a series of small sub-objectives that can give you a good amount of followers. Just repeat the objectives as they pop up; there will be a small amount of followers as reward for completing each objective. After completing the last instance / test, the mission will be complete.

ATM 1: Gasoline station north of Palo Alto.

The junction box you have to hack is located at the back of the building. Very easy to access; simply walk in and hack it to play with Vincent Johnson's account.

ATM 2: Underground parking lot, northern portion of Silicon Valley

The area is restricted so you may want to take out the guards first before hacking.

ATM 3: In Silicon Valley, in the upper portion of a building in the Stanford University area.

You need to climb over some planters and over walls to reach the junction box. No special tools or objects is required to reach this.

ATM 4: In Silicon Valley, hospital building within the Stanford University complex

You need to find a small mound along the hospital walls that will allow you to climb over the wall. Make your way to the junction box by using the nearby structures of the building.

ATM 5: In Oakland, near Christ, the Light building, rooftop of the smaller building

Find the Climbax lift nearby and ride on it. Control it and park it beside the building where the junction box is located. Raise the lift and when the height is enough, jump on the roof to hack the junction box.

ATM 6: In Marin, at back of one of the houses

This is another straightforward junction box to reach; just find any structure or object you can use as footholds then climb over them to reach the junction box.

ATM 7: In the Ferry Building, roof

Use the vending machines on the side as footholds to climb to the roof and reach the marked junction box.
