Stay on the high walkway and go as fast as you can once you get to the lake ditch the vehicle and wait for the guards to stop chasing you. After that get back on the zoomer and drive to the bar to meet your new boss.

Go very fast and follow the map carefully, use the water area at low zone it reduces what you hit then switch to high when you r very close, then you r done.
