Before the race starts, hold the Gas and Brake button to do a burnout and increase the boost in the meter. During the countdown press Boost immediately the light turns green to get a boosted start and fill the Boost meter entirely.

This tour will become available when you beat the target lap and race times by -200.0s, drift over 65,000m, use over 50 Short Cuts, use over 425 items, and use over 60 weapons.
