Yes you do need to collect the key in each level but you also need to at least find 1-3 stars. |

You have to get first place in the race. If you have the other race when you win the first race you unlock on the world, and the second world isn't unlocking, try coming first on that one. Then it should open up the next world. If you have already won both races, try seing the map and pressing it. |
