Look for headshots whenever possible as all pistol and rifles get double-to-triple damage for them. If however you are using an automatic weapon which is less accurate you need to focus on scoring multiple hits anywhere on the body with their rapid fire.

Do not bother aiming precisely with this science weapon. Once this weapon is charged up just fire in the general area of your target and the arcing electricity will automatically home in on the nearest target and have devestating effect on their flesh regardless if it is human flesh or Half Breeds. This weapon can fire 6 shots before needing to be reloaded.

Use the Thermal Rifle to flush out enemies who are hiding behind cover. Fire the magnesium shot which is highly flammable above them then ignite it so that the thermite rains down on them. Smoke grenades are also ideal for flushing out enemies behind cover that guns cannot reach.

The best tactic once you have found cover is taking advantage of it to refine your aim from safety. Remember that as long as you do not adjust your position you will aim at the exact same spot when you break cover to fire again.

Make sure the first thing you do when you enter a new area is to scout out good cover points before you advance. Remember that you are susceptible to enemy fire so finding and using cover is extremely important as it gives you a place if you have taken damage to take shelter as you regenerate health over time.
