Difficulty: Legendary
Location: This skull is on the tower near the end of the level; it’s the one you have to fly a Banshee across water to get to. Fly up to the incline above the entrance and land the Banshee here. Scale the ramp and jump onto the platform once at the top. Head to the left-end of the platform and hop over to the curved side of the building. Get up onto the walkway and walk to the very back of the building. Head to the very top of the support ramp at the back of the tower; the skull is up here.
With this skull active, you’ll need to melee and kill an enemy or ally to recharge your shields. This effect remains active until you turn off your Xbox and reload the game. To re-activate this effect afterwards, you’ll have to collect the skull again.
