There is an Easter egg inside of the Statue of Happiness on Happiness Island. To reach it, you'll need a helicopter. You can take one of the Helitour Mavericks from the helipads in Fishmarket South, Algonquin. Once you have a helicopter, fly Happiness Island, and hover around the base of the Statue of Happiness. You should be able to see several doors directly below the statue. Fly as close to the base as possible and jump from the helicopter, hopefully landing with minimal damage sustained. One of the four doors below the statue can be walked through. Go through this door, and you'll find yourself in a room with a ladder. Climb to the top of this ladder to spot a large, beating heart suspended by chains.
