Mission: ACT 1 - Charlie Don't Surf

Location: This intel is found in the basement of the first building that is entered. You'll find yourself in a room with a large number of weapons spread out on a long table. When you reach this area, head through the doorway in the northwest corner. The enemy intel is on a table next to two computer screens.
