The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword | Wii

I do not recall any "rails" in SkyView Temple. If you mean "bars" like those that block doorways then there are many. For details on how to open each one read the walkthrough by az47. Have fun.

Obviously you do not need to check the map to see where your gear is because you already have them. To get this far Link had to have used the bomb flowers to blow up some other boulders. Sooooo, pick up a bomb flower and blow up the boulders. If Link wishes to stock up on bombs all he needs to do is to pick up the bomb flower and put the bomb in his bomb bag. For details of this part of the game see az47s walkthrough section #46 Song of the Hero - Fire Dragons Part. Have fun.

Actually, while playing the game and writing the walkthrough I had completed the Lanayru Mining facility, beat the THOUSAND YEAR OLD – MOLDARACH, completed the Temple of Time, returned to the Sealed Grounds and beat the THE IMPRISONED BEAST before going to Skyloft to get the the Sacred Shield. Have fun.

About mid-way through the game when Link revives the Robot Scrapper, Link will find that the Gear Peddler has the Sacred Shield for sale at 500 Rupees.

A bomb bag is not needed. Link can roll or drop bomb flowers near boulders or other objects to expose the key parts. The second to last key part does not require a bomb to pick up. It all depends on which order Link finds the key parts. The one that throws most plays is the one behind boulders in a cave blocked by a lava pool. Link must blow up the boulder outside the cave blocking the lava flow. He then can roll a boulder across the
Floor to blow-up the boulders blocking the cave. For details read az47's walkthrough, section #13 Eldin Volcano. Have fun.

If you are referring to the door at the North end of the temple leading to the large room then Link must raise the water a third time. There is not enough space here to explain. For details read section #11 Sky View Temple of az47s walkthrough. Have fun.

If you have not collected all the spirits and have left the silent realm you may return anytime you wish. The difference is that the blue butterflies will not be flying over the area to indicate the exact location. Link will have to go to the spot in the general area and strum the harp. If nothing happens then keep moving around the area, stop and strum the harp. Repeat this until the silent realm opens. Have fun.

If you have already received the Thunder dragon's song and the Fire dragon's song and maybe spoken to Golo in the mine then it is possible to have triggered the Game Killing Glitch that was discovered in December of last year (2011).
If this did happen then you will have to contact Nintendo for their patch. If on the other hand you have not triggered the glitch then it may be that you have not followed Fi's instructions correctly. In my walkthrough Fi tells Link that an unusual phenomenon is taking place. It is not possible to descend directly into the Faron Woods. If Fi is telling Link he can go into the Faron Woods then there is something else you have not completed. Read the walkthrough by az47 section THE IMPRISONED BEAST AN ENCORE to see what should be taking place. My email address is in the walkthrough if you need further assistance.
