Well I heard the Conduit was a good game for fans of shooters, so I had to get this game. I'm going to be honest about this game, it was a great shooter title on the Wii. The game puts you in the shoes of Mr. Ford an agent fighting against the alien invaders and the Truth. Enough with this lets get to the review.
The fast-paced action in the game was pulling the graphics to the limit, on the Wii. The graphics do not really get a gold medal but I was impressed with how it flowed with the story. Clearly not as good as some of the other titles on the Wii but at least I could understand everything around me. This gives the graphics a 8 out of 10.
The sounds in game was fair, but the most impressive thing was how much of the sound came from the Wii controller. The sound was abundant too, from the man
Giving you orders to the grenade explosions it delivered a fair amount of sound throught. Now for the bad news, the overall music in the game not very loud, which is good at some points but horrid at others. The sound aspect recieves a 7 out of 10 for the lack of music in the game.
One word describes the gameplay, hard. This game is not very forgiving to newbies on the Wii or shooters. It did have intuitive controls that are very accurate for not using Wii motion plus though. It almost feels like you are Mr. Ford throwing a frag or shooting the aliens, giving a state of the art experiences for Wii players. The gameplay recieves a deserved 9 out of 10.
With nine levels you would think this game would get old but with so many difficulties and online multiplayer I don't think you'll get bored with it for a while. The in game last ability is poor however with only nine levels to play through you might think it has to have many different difficulties, making anyone who doesn't want to play through a secon time angry. Lastability gets a 7 out of 10.
This game was a rich original experience for many people who play the Wii. The controls are easy and a peoson can pick it up fairly quickly. I would suggest this foe hardcore and new players of the Wii and shooters alike. The game was needed for the Wii players to have a good shooting genre finally and this game doesn't dissappoint players. This game is a must have for Wii owners and gets a 9 out of 10 by me.
