Hello! This is Blacklist1, the reviewer. I have decided to write a review for Battle Network Five Team Protoman to show how good of game it is. This is one of my many reviews and I hope you all enjoy reading it. Just to start Team Protoman was an excellent game.
Graphics are normal for the SP and the Battle Network series. They could have been polished a bit more though. The close-ups work well and get their job done in revealing more detail on Navis and Humans. The full body shots work with some minor detail. The attacks look good with great explosions that are on time.
Sound is good for this game with excellent music. The music goes well with each situation and isn't over done. The panic is very easy to listen to and isn't annoying when listended to for prolong amounts of time. The final Boss and credits music is great.
This game plays like most other Battle Networks. Some newer features would've been nice to see. All the Navis in this games are powerful, but have their weaknesses. Some of the charge attacks and DoubleSouls needed work, but got the the job done. But it was nothing special. But what really takes the cake is the subplot which will keep you playing for awhile more. The boss is very challenging with it's many powers.
This game has good lastabillity partly in the fact that the subplot is so good and challenging. Also the many ways to perform Liberation Missions and the prizes you get for them are a good way to keep the game going after beating it. And it is also nescarry to keep this games adn also to get the other version for a special twist.
Overall this game was filled it's purpose in the long line of Battle Network Series. It and it's twin are needed to beat the whole game which keeps it lively. Challenging your friends to see their combos is great and always fun. I hope you all keep this game in your collection and keep playing.
Thank You for Reading.
