Well, this is a great game for everyone who don't like FPS games where you just use a gun to shoot.I really liked that you can use stealh to get past the enemy and that you should avoid using a lot of violence(seriously, don't you see that in every movie).
The graphics are very good at most levels(in Displace Sam looked very strange when a window was behind him).I couldn't find anything wrong with the special vision modes.Using the OCP doesn't create any cartoon-like malfunction,it simply deactivates the light/camera/computer a few seconds.I can't give a ten because the explosion of wall mines are a bit strange and the odd effects in Displace I mentioned earlier.
I can't say this is the best part of the game. The guards-japanese, nordh-korean, american-they all say almost the same things when they notice something. The music is good, and changes with the situation. The sounds of footsteps, conversations, explosions and EEV are great.
The story and the levels are very good.In this game, you get to use the computers(unlike other games) and there are some useful alternative routes. One more thing I noticed is the way the objectives are grouped-you don't need to finish everything(still,it's best if you do). And,of course, the gagets are great. Coop mode is also cool.
Because every mission takes at least one hour,I found it hard to get bored of them.I played at hard mode and it wasn't nearly impossible,so the game is not too frustating. If you don't like the normal mode, the game can be played online in a more aggressive mode.
Overall, this is a great game with great gameplay, missions and gagets with only a bit of frustration and a lot of stealh.3-D maps, hacking, lock-picking and knocking out enemies from behind-who can ask for more?I hope you enjoyed the game as much as I did.
