Extreme Home Takeover

The Extreme Home Takeover Quest will allow to to unlock romantic furniture and decorations for your Sim Homes. If it a two day limited time Event, so if you can complete it within the time limit, you will unlock the legendary Hot Tub!

Here is what you need to do to complete this Quest and unlock the goodies.

Ask Lucius About Hubbub - 1 min

Bring a SIm to the Park and Tab Lucius for this option.

Go to Work at the Real Estate . Instant

If you already have one with following the Real Estate Agent path you may as well send that one. If you don't then you need to bring up the hobbies and Careers slide in thingy by tapping the icon at the bottom right of the play area, select a SIm with no occupation, and choose the briefcase, this will bring up the occupations tap, select Real Estate Agent, then send them to work via the Sim Tracker by clicking the briefcase.

Read a Real Estate Sign - 6 hours 30 mins

You can find one of these at the front of any house.

Discuss Home Takeover with a Sim - 1 min

Whistle for another Sim to come to your location and select the Discuss option

Search for Well Groomed Sim on SImBook - 10 hours 30 mins

Use a computer for this.

Extend or Build a Room - Instant

Bring up the Home Store menu , go to House and select the first icon (rooms), then you can easily extend a room or build a new one.

Have a Sim Take a Selfie - 10 secs

Tap a Sim with the Green Diamond over their head to get this option.

Post Selfie on Lucius's Simbook - 7 hours

Head to a computer to do this.

Become Incensed - 2 mins

You'll find Lucius outside out house, tap him for this option

Check Fine Print on a Sign - 12 hours 30 mins

As long as you have a Sim working as a Real Estate Agent, you should see a sign outside any house. tap on one to read the fine print.

Buy an Item from the Home Store - Instant

Tap the sign outside a home. You need to have a Sim at work at the Real Estate Agency to do this.

This brings to Quest to an end. You have now unlocked romantic beds, seats and fairy lights. You can get these from the Home Store. If you managed to complete it within the two day time limit, then you would also have unlocked the Hot Tub, also found in the Home Store.

You can submit a home at anytime to EA by having a Sim work at the Estate Agency, then tapping on the sign to bring up the 'Submit This Home' option. It will then be considered for inclusion as a home that other people can buy and play with in their own games.
