Lugash-sthetics Pt. 3 -- Make Milhouse Put In Some Honest Effort

Getting Milhouse to at least a healthy state is going to require far more effort than it is clear he realizes, and hiding from Lugash is not the answer. This part of the Mission is a multi-Task one in the sense that Milhouse is going to need to repeat the following Task x4 in order to satisfy it! So get him started on this Task straight away!
