The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess is the third installment of the 3D Zelda games, and quite possibly and arguably...the best! The story goes a little like this....
You are Link, a child from Ordon village who is sent to rid the world of the evil twilight. Along the way there are many different quests and challenges that face you. Your freinds get kidnapped, and you are taken over suddenly by this unknown power that turns you into...a wolf! And of course, there is the fact that you must help and save...the Princess Zelda herself.
All this combines together to form the most in-depth and beautifully stunning Zelda games of all time!
The game is beautiful. Lets get this out and out. It is visually stunning. The ground and the atmosphere is second to none, no other Wii game, not even an Xbox 360 or PS3 game. Yes people, it really is that good!
The great distinction between the real world and the Twilight Realm is fanatstic. As you switch between the two, all the world changes right before your eyes and the atmosphere is flipped on its head and the colours become jaded and distorted. This is a beatuiful game and looks awesome on a large plasma telly! Althought, to be honest, any television will do!
To be honest, it sounds great but it really isn't a big part in the game in my eyes. Yes it sounds brilliant but to be honest, the way I see it, the game is so amazingly good, that even if it had poor special effect and bad sounds (which it certainly doesn't!) it wouldn't matter. I think the game would still be as amazing if it still looked the same as it's predecessors, Ocarina of Time and Majora's mask. That aside, the game sounds beautiful as every different region has it's own orchestral melodies.
There is also the great sounds of combat and your enemies getting slayed. This really adds to the atmosphere and as it combines with the beautiful graphics, it really makes an outstanding gaming experience, which is stunningly melodic and fierce...both at the same time!
Oh, gosh, any Zelda fan will have been waiting for this section of the review as this is where the Zelda series really shines. It is AMAZING! Trust me, if you only ever own one game in your entire life, make it this. It is brilliant and the Wii Remote and Nunchuk are faultless down to the wire. I had doubts before purchasing The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight princess as I wasn't sure weather or not the Nintendo Wii's control system would work efficiently. But WOW! Was I stunned! It is faultless as I said earlier and with the Wii remote being your sword hand and the Nunchuk the movement, you really get a first-hand experience of what it would actually be like to be link. You feel more involved with the game and this is what makes it so unique, and so darn amazing! This is possibly the best game I have ever played in the my whole, entire life, and ninety percent of that is due to the amazing gameplay.
Buy this game if you haven't already, it is worth it and you can feel like a true warrior and wield the mighty Master Sword....eventually.
Oh gees, wow! This game will take you AGES to complete, I mean months, even years! It is so long. There are about fifty hours of main gameplay and then thirty hours of side quests and other miscellaneous missions to complete. So therefore, in one serving of the game, there are about seventy to eighty hours worth of gameplay. Now, for anyone who has no idea about that...that is awesome and absolutely massive! Plus, with the game being so darn fun and good to play, you can compelte it more than once as there are three save files...why not??
It is just an amazing game that will go down in history as one of the greats! It really is that good. It has faultless graphics and gameplay, beautiful melodic sounds and life-long lastability. This all adds up to an instant great and a spontaneous great. Well done Nintendo for making possibly the greatest game EVER! (Until the next one, lol!)
