The most important aspect to Temple Run 2 are the Coins. These refill your Shield Meter and add to your Score. You can view your current Coin count just below your score. You will never go too far without finding Coins to collect, and they are frequently placed in tempting locations near obstacles and drops. It's up to you whether you risk your entire run to get them. You will have to move to one of the three lanes, the right, middle or left, in order to be in the right position to collect.
