Each battle has five Stars associated with it - five basic and advanced goals for you to reach in order to unlock the Credit Rewards for each Star.

For each battle you have the option of playing in Normal, Hard, and Master Difficulty in Solo, Partner (Online Versus) and Splitscreen (Local Versus).

For each of the regular battles you need to complete them on Hard Difficulty in order to unlock the customized MULTIPLAYER hand for each mission.

You get to choose your faction - Rebel or Imperial - and whether there are friendly AI soldiers for the battles. In addition at the start of each you get to choose your load-out weapon and Card Hand for the battle.

The basic game play and strategy has you fighting with the enemy troops and collecting the tokens that drop from those killed. First team to 100 wins.
