How do I do the glitch?

I heard that if you had the Exit Mouse while in the Cave of the Past, you could go get out. It's not working! Am I doing something wrong?

The glitch is real, just not in Earthbound. The Japanese version, Mother 2, contains that glitch, so unless you have it you're out of luck. I thought the same thing before. Sorry.

That glitch is real. I saw it with my own eyes.

Language:japanese

I'm sorry, but the glitch only can be used in the japanese version, Mother 2.
