When you go to Ozzie's Fort later in the game, have Ayla and Marle in your party and make sure they have learned the Dual Tech Twin Charm. At then end of this dungeon, you will fight Ozzie, Flea, and Slash equipped with special gear. Use Twin Charm to get these items:

Ozzie: Ozzie Pants, gives superb defense but inflicts Chaos status.

Flea: Flea Vest, greatly increases magic defense.

Slasher 2: A good weapon for Crono.
