Different Camera View

While on the title screen, press Up, Down, L, R, and Select.
Then you should hear a noise.
Now in the Options, you should have the choice of Mystery Mode, which will enable you to see the game in an overhead view.

Bonus Car

Pop in the game, and while on the title screen, L, R, and Up.
You should hear a noise meaning you entered the code in correctly.
This will unlock the boss car.
