First pick story mode and start a new game, pause it and enter the following sequence and the ending should appear:

Up, X, Left, Y, Down, B, Right, A, L, Y

Special moves:

Jack

Sweep the D-pad Counter-clockwise from Back to Forward, R. John

Press Down/Back, Forward + R. Lee

Press Forward, Back, Down/Back, Forward, X

Mr. Big

Press Forward, then sweep the D-pad Counter-clockwise from Back to Forward, X. Mr. Karate

Press X while charging. Press Y while charging. Ryo Sakazaki

Press Down, Down/Right, Right + R + X
